Hello Friends, my name is Ann Alexopoulos and I’m the owner of Alex Speech Therapy
With over 17 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, I’m passionate about helping both children and adults who are navigating speech, language, feeding, and swallowing challenges.
I truly believe in a family-centered approach to therapy, which means I work closely with you and your loved ones to create a treatment plan that’s personalized to meet your unique needs. I use multisensory techniques to ensure the process is as effective and engaging as possible, so you or your child can reach your speech, language, and feeding goals.
Serving families in Stow, MA, and the surrounding areas is an honor for me, and I’m committed to providing not just excellent care but also a positive and supportive experience throughout the journey. My goal is to go above and beyond, making sure you feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.

Annie has been amazing from the moment we did our first evaluation. She immediately was keen to my son’s needs and put a thorough, effective plan into action. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has brought many things to my attention I didn’t even realize my son needed support with. She has many resources and often collaborates with other professionals to achieve the best possible plan and outcome. She makes therapy fun, comfortable and engaging for my son whilst still making weekly progress and meeting goals. She has helped us navigate through the public school services.
